I am going to try to get some cooking lessons.

Oooh, cooking lessons are fun!! You get to eat what you made at the end of the lesson!  ;D

I have some cod fillets without breading and need some ideas on what to with them - something very simple- any ideas?
All those suggestions sound good, but if none of them appeal to you, you can always boil cod and break it into chunks and serve it cold on a salad.

Back in the days when I was married to an Italian, I often served cold cod (bacalao). For christmas eve, the Italians would fry garlic and hot peppers in olive oil and then pour this over the cod chunks. (Throw the garlic away, but serve the peppers.) It was delicious.

Or I would chop garlic and put in olive oil, add a lot of parsley, pour over cod chunks and then add lemon juice, but you don't like lemon juice.
Peace and love,
Charlotte
