Ex has no passport...

...and I'm in the middle of filling out the visa forms for the kiddos.  The guidance on the britainusa site says that I need to submit both my passport and his w/the applications.  Does he need to get a passport before the girls can get their visas? ???  This could throw a serious wrench into things, as we are due to leave home on the 31st of October.....

hi closet.
When I applied for my fiance visa, my hubby didn't have a passport,all I needed was his full birth certificate. Although the circumstances are differant, I think that should suffice, since all they really need is proof of his identity
