Does my daughter need a visa?
« on: September 27, 2005, 07:03:50 AM »
Hello, here I am again with more questions. :D
To make a long story short.
My husband is British, I am Venezuelan and our daughter was born in Venezuela.
After she was born we obtained a British Birth Certificate and a British Passport in the Venezuelan British Embassy.
Now we are living in the US and going to live in UK, I know I have to apply for a visa.
But does she? Or what kind of procedure we have to make for her before we go?
I thought nothing because she has an UK passport but since she has not lived in the UK ever,
may be we need something.
I will really appreciate your help.

If she has a UK passport, she's a UK citizen and won't need a visa.

Gracias Lola.
I thought so, but I wanted to be totally sure.
Have a great day. [smiley=daisy.gif]
