Council Tax for Student
« on: September 27, 2005, 11:08:37 PM »
Being that I am an international student, I know that I would not have to pay Council Tax if I lived alone.  But since my wife is with me here in the UK, and is on a student-dependent visa, does that mean that we both don't have to pay?  Thats the understanding I got from a booklet at my university, but I don't know if that would change once she gets a job.  Or is it better for me to send my council exemption note to the council before she gets a job?
