Well, it CERTAINLY does curb the appetite. I feel full ALL the time, and don't feel like eating anywhere near as much at meal times. I haven't noticed any weight loss as of yet...but, I suppose if this not eating keeps up, it will be inevitable at some point.
I haven't just up and stopped eating, 'though. So, no one start yelling at me about not eating. I am making sure I do keep up with eating healthy meals at meal times...they are just quite a bit smaller than they were.
