Depo
« on: October 02, 2005, 12:36:38 AM »
When my fiance and I first talked about birth control I told him I was on the shot, Depo Provera.  He had no idea what it was and I'm wondering if it's just cause he doesnt know about it or because it doesnt exist in the UK.  That is my prefered method of birth control and it would really suck if I wouldn't be able to get it in the UK.  Anyone know?

It exists over here in the UK.  Your DF may not know about it because they don't show (at least, in the area...Southwest...where I am) commercials on TV for it here like they do in the US.

How much is it?  My insurance in the US covers it but I hear they are like $75 a shot.

If you are eligible for NHS, all birth control is free here.
