You might need to order online or stock up on some fresh pumpkin while you can!

Found it at the third Waitrose I tried! I think it gets put in odd places so it can be difficult to locate, even if you ask the staff.

I got an email back from Waitrose customer service confirming that they are still sstocking it.

BTW, sorry I bought all the canned pumpkin in Fleet.

British people can be funny about pumpkin pie - my father in law loved it when I made it last year but Mum in law didn't like it.  Eh, more for me I say!  Couldn't have been the flavor, as she liked the pumpkin bread I made the following month, guess it was just the egg custard-like texture or something.

I amazes me that they wouldn't like the custardy texture of pumpkin pie because they pour custard over everything!  Maybe if you served it with Bird's on the side..? ;)

I bought 2 cans of Libby's pumpkin just a few days ago at the tiny Waitrose store in Caterham, Surrey.

It is now back on Ocado.com but is listed as "temporarily out of stock" - so maybe that's why some of you have been having trouble finding it?

If it's on the shelves at Waitrose, it will probably be near the fruit cocktail and other "tinned" fruits like peach slices and pineapple chunks.

Wow, I've just read all 3 pages of this thread!   :o   ;D

Does everybody know that most Waitrose stores carry Libby's brand canned pumpkin?  At my nearest Waitrose, it's found with the canned fruits and fruit cocktail.  Which are kept (oh so logically) on shelves above the frozen foods.   ::)

Thanks!  I didn't know that.  I was dreading having to make a pie from scratch :)
