Alright. Hypothetically question.
My boyfriend and I have been tossing around the idea of he and his older brother starting a business.
Here is the question. Would they(as in the business) be able to sponsor me on a work visa?
I would be the creative engineer of the project and the proof would be the research of the venture as well as somewhat of the interior design of the joint. After it was off the ground and in business, i would also be working in the place as well. Is this feasible? If so, a point in the right direction would be wonder!!
I notice that alot of foreigners that come over end up having relatives, etc working for them, so this is why i pose such an idea.
