Huh?

Hmm, good question.  I'm not sure, I think I like it in-between.

Huh should be "duh", confusing your hubby with Anne's (he works for Waitrose) :)

Regardless, I am sure I have seen it!

I think Herta Jumbo hot dogs are also sold at Morrisons.  They aren't bad (as far as hot dogs go...) and are less scary than those jarred ones.  "Meat" sold at room temperature scares me, and hot dogs are scary enough already...   :P

Has anyone tried a hot dog pizza from Domino's yet?  It looks absolutely disgusting.

They're usually in the fridge section near the lunch meats.

Herta Jumbo hotdogs on the Sainsbury's submarine rolls (2 in a pack) with English mustard and sauerkraut.

Yum!

(We buy our sauerkraut from Lidl.)

Yes canned hot dogs... like eating Bennie Weenies in the US of A.  Or Vienna sausages.....all the goodness of strange boiled hot dog like meat without the added fiber of beans.

If you are in London there is a small chain called Enough 2 Feed An Elephant. They are located at Tower Hill, St Pauls Cathedral and directly across from the London Eye.They sell Vienna beef hotdogs. They do chili dogs ,cheese dogs, and garden dogs. They steam the buns also which is nice. They are the jumbo size dogs. The only thing they dont do is fries.

Herta hot dogs are available in most of the supermarkets here in the UK.  What I buy when I crave a hot dog.  Tesco used to do an "american hot dog" that was quite good but stopped for some reason.

Canned hot dogs.....ick ick ick   ;D

Sauerkraut is also available in most of the supermarkets now.  Usually in the section with the pickled onions, pickled beets and that lot.  It's in a glass jar and so far, with all the brands that I've tried, it is never been sweet or saltly, just sour.   :) :)

Costco hot dogs, Chicago style are lovely, but don't have give me heartburn.  (My age I think. :P)  Just wish they would sell the hot dog buns there to fit the foot long dogs.

I was at Waitrose today and bought some Herta Jumbo franks after reading this post.  They were on offer, buy one, get one free.  I am sure my son will love them.
