Its people who get really into anime, manga and video games & dress up in their favourite characters.  Do a google search or something & find out where their forums are.  I'm sure they can fill you in on more details.   :)

ROTHLMAO at the pool guy bathroom break,, almost made me  choke on my drink,,LOLOLOL

my girls are deep into anime, and have dressed up in the past for anime conferences,,lol. I have gone with them, and it's a good laugh,,, if not a bit weird,,lol.

lol!! yeah I did a few costuming jobs for some cosplay folks...I still say I can't understand it...there some that do it for a laugh ..it's the lot that take it really seriously that make slightly nervous.. ;D
