First, I am getting ready to separate from the navy in february and instead of having my stuff shipped to the US and then again to the UK I am just gonna have it shipped to the UK. We are not married yet but will be by the time I pick the shipment up in London. The shipment will be under my name since the navy is shipping it for me. Do you think customs is gonna have an issue with this since I won't have a spouse visa when the shipment gets there? It will be pretty obvious that I am planning on settling there.
Second question, we are getting married in the US in March and have a US as well as a UK gift registry. Anyone know of a good shipping company to ship the gifts from the US to the UK? They will be in South Florida. Thanks in advance.
