When to apply for appointment for Visa??

Greetings all,
   I have a few lol
Ok first David & I are planning on going back to the US in Feb  to get my Visa..
How long before I can apply and make an appointment? We are planning on flying to NYC and going in person, but we are only going to be in the US for 1 week.
  Also is there a difference in price between a spouse and a fiancee visa??

 Hi Melissa...

You can go to the website and pretend to book an appointment and it will show you how far out you can book. When I applied in May (in Chicago) you could book appointments as early as the next day. But you could only book out 2 weeks in advance. You should be fine with one week as long as your application is straight-forward. If you've ever been denied entry to the UK be prepared for your application to take a little longer.
