AHA!! the pegasus horse I order for Jess' christmas present arrived today...It's massive!! and as grown and sensible parents we've not been playing with it..noooo :-[
I'll get some batteries and take a picture of it she'll so love it..ever since she discovered rainbow brite she's been asking for a flying pony ;D

I have to figure out how to get Phil's present delivered without him asking me 20 questions... :-\\\\

Anyone have any suggestions what to get a 13 year old girl...ASDA is selling an mp3 player for £15..is that too lame a present ???

I am definitely not a mum yet, but my best friend at home has a 3 year old girl and I went to Toys R US with my friend over the weekend to help out.  IT WAS SOOOOOO MUCH FUN!!!  I think the little girl is getting absolutely spoilt this year, because we just kept throwing things in the cart.  Oh well...

Thomas the tank:  I saw an ad in the US for a toy that your draw tracks on special paper and a little Thomas train follows your tracks around.  I think this is it.  http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B0007WWZYK/qid=1133200012/sr=2-1/ref=pd_bbs_b_2_1/002-5461510-4627236

The other toy that inpressed me was the scented Barbie.  it was California themed one and she smelled like Coppertone lotion!

I loved all the toys ...but I was amazed at the Bratz and My Scene dolls.  Who is buying their daughters dolls that resemble prostitutes?  Check out the link below.  What happened to My First Ballerina Barbie???
