But never fear, gentlemen; castration was really not the point of feminism, and we women are too busy eviscerating one another to take you on.

We finally watched all through the 3 discs of Bleak House - a 2005 BBC mini-series.  We really liked it, but I got annoyed with DH because he insisted we only watch 1 episode per night - so it took ages to see it all between that & waiting to get the next one through Lovefilm.

Ha ha - it was so funny that most of the 'bleak' film takes place in London & down south, but at the end - they live happily ever after in Yorkshire!  Art imitating life?! ;D

LOLOL!!!!

Did you watch The Hamiltons yet??  Thought of you when I watched it yesterday.

It's been a movie marathon week for me since I'm stuck home on the sofa recooperating from a horrible round of bronchitis.

Watched Babel yesterday, what a powerful, emotional film.

I also saw Little Children, really liked it.

Today I have The Number 23 to watch.

My Mom and I went and saw Hairspray in the theater...it was great and then we watched the Ricki Lake version I loved that movie when I was a kid.  I can still recite it.

I loved that one! She's so deliciously twisted in it, blew me away.
