What?  Not enjoyed Rocky!  ADRIENNNE!  It's a classic!

Sounds exactly like what my fiance said after I finished watching it and gave my review.  He also went on about how it won so many awards and was about the underdog.  I guess I just have strange taste in films.

Zodiac - great film. Robert Downey stole the show as usual.

That was a great film.  I just bought Twin Peaks Gold Box Edition when I was home over Thanksgiving.  Woo-hoo Agent Cooper.

It should be out here in a few months, but it is totally worth it.

Recently (past three weeks) we have seen:

Letters from Iwo Jima
Flag of Our Fathers
Hot Fuzz
The Last King of Scotland
Hotel Rwanda

Really liked them all except Hot Fuzz was just ok.

I really would like to see Hotel Rwanda.  My MIL started to tell me about it and broke down sobbing, saying she couldn't get over a scene from the movie and it haunts her to this day...I didn't dare ask what the scene was...

Just saw The Holiday - I so wanted this to be good... but it was just okay.

Quite a lot of gruesome stuff there (I think I might know the scene in question though) - particularly disturbing as it's something that really happened & considering they think 1 million people were violently murdered within the span of 3 months, while the western world pretty much turned its back on these people.

But you have to admire the character played by Don Cheadle.  I highly recommend the film.
