Swimming Pool

I recorded it on the V+ box just before Christmas and only got around to watching it yesterday - I absolutely LOVED IT!!!

It is on again tonight (well, technically tomorrow) on C4 at 12:15 am - good for any night owls or those with recording box thingies!

Yes I do. Very dark humour, set in the NYFD a year or so after 9/11.

Bookgrl - There is a programme on BBC2 tonight called Doctors & Nurses at war.  I might be mistaken..but I thought perhaps you did the same as my hubby did?? and might be interested in it.  This is of course the Brit version, I watched the first episode last week and its really good. - recommend it to you  :)

Run, Fat Boy, Run

I had no idea what it would be about, but requested it via lovefilm based on recommendations and it turned out to be a good DVD to watch whilst ironing.

"Charlie Wilson's War" on Sky movies. I'd previously seen it on a flight to the States last year and wanted to see it again on a larger screen. The ending says so much for the situation today.
