What's the last DVD or video you watched?

Is it violent?  I taped it, but am afraid to watch   (I'm not keen on violent movies, or books for that matter, they give me nightmares )

It is really violent and I usually really HATE violent movies.  So, it might give you nightmares.  It's good though.

NOOOO!!!!!!!!  It's so good and Colin Farrell, who I normally hate, is a revelation in this!!! It's only got two slightly, ever so slightly violent bits...okay three. Very quick though!And not really that violent - just a bit of gunshot.... and one splatter.

I don't like violence in movies either, but I loved "In Bruges."  I have come to the conclusion that if a story is well-told, then a bit of violence that is integral to the story is  more tolerable than movies where violence is just done as an excuse for special effects gore.

I must be really immune - I didn't think the Bourne Films or History of Violence - were that violent    I think horror films have tamed me!

Wow, good memory there - leave it to a woman to recall such pertinent details accurately! 

I am still watching The Painted Veil - really like it so far.  The two lead actors are on top form.
