The Milagro Beanfield War. Great little movie, love the book.

The guy who plays Joe Mondragon, Chick Vennara (who also did the famous dance across the cars in Thank God It's Friday!) :)

Cool - it looks like it was a magical film to make. It took ages for it to be released on DVD, I was so happy when it finally was. :)

He said it was one of his favourite shoots ever; and that Redford was a great director. :)

only made it about halfway through that before I turned it off.  I just didn't feel like it was going anywhere and that i was watching Full Metal Jacket with Jaimie Foxx instead of R. Lee Ermey.  but that's just me.

Watched Angela last night. It was written and directed by Henry Miller's daughter whose name escapes me just now. I ended up not thinking it was a great movie.
