How about stuffed pitta? 

I totally agree about finger foods.  Aillidh loves her 'dips', so I make all kinds, most involving beans whizzed in the blender.  And homemade ketchup, which she loves.

When I make the pizzas out of English muffins, I arrange the toppings into a face.  That always gets her laughing.
