YUMMMMMM!!!!!   Cappuccino.  Hmmm, I have a friend who just moved to Germany, maybe I should write him to send it to me.

I love the powdered milk suggestion, I use coffee-mate, but I'm thinking I should lay off the chemicals.

I cant do coffee-mate... it has a sort of greasy feel in the mouth, to me.
You should try the powdered milk!

Blech, I wouldn't do it either if that is what it felt like to me :o  But I'm all for the milk, must be better the chemicals in the coffee-mate.

They've got something new!  It's Senseo Cappuccino... the pod actually contains the milk powder!

i just sold 1 packet of these pods on eBay for £7.50 !!!  It's amazing what people will pay when they really want something!
(oh, btw... if it happened to be a forum member who bought these from me... thank you!!  :-* )

Thank you sooo much for the offer!! I will definitely keep that in mind!

In the meantime, I was wondering if it would be worth it if a bunch of us got together and placed a big order to JavaPodz. We could split the postage costs and then divvy up the loot once it got over here. I'd be willing to organise it and front the money if others are interested. Any takers?

Definitely... i'd do it!

Just to give you a rough idea of the postage cost, i ordered 2 bags of 15 pods each, and they gave me a choice of $17.70 postage, or $23.00 for airmail.     That was just for 2 little bags!!

That's crazy money!! I wonder how much more it would be if we ended up buying 10 or 15 bags of pods? Surely not 5x as much!

hang on... i will check....

The postage for 10 bags of 15 pods (overseas parcel post... they didnt give an airmail option this time) was $50.58 ... about £30!

The bags of pods are like $7.00 for 15 pods,  or you can get bigger bags... 75 pods for $33.

I'm sorry!  I'm sorry!!  I should never have posted the link. but it IS scrummy coffee...

So I was just telling my husband about how bad I feel getting you hooked on javapodz and he metioned something I'd like to pass on:  he can ship at a bulk rate to the UK through his company.  I don't know if it will be cheaper than direct from javapodz to the UK, but I'd be happy to have him look into rates for you.

You know, to alleviate the guilt. ;)
