No problems here. But I never fill mine up very full -- it's generally just for one cup for me.

Me, too.  I just thought it would be quicker to keep the reservoir filled so I didn't have to worry about it every day.  I suppose the ten seconds it takes to fill it isn't such a big deal. ::)

Hmm... just saw Stacey's post.  Think I'll email Amazon and see what the return policy is on gifts.

I fill mine to Max, just an FYI to that.  Amazon is usually great with exchanges.

I do sometimes find water around mine, but i always just assumed that DH was messy/lazy when replacing the reservoir after filling it.  ???   Dont really know... will keep an eye on it, though.

Ah ha!  It does seem to have flooding issues shortly after my husband has used it.  Think I'll have to have a little chat and see if he's doing something naughty with my lovely Senseo. >:(

Attention fellow Senseo enthusiasts!

I've got some pods that I'm not a fan of and want to pass on to someone who would like them.  I have a bag (minus one pod) of the Killarney pods (Irish creme) and a handful of Folgers French vanilla pods that I'd be happy to send to someone who'd like them.  They're all caffeinated.

If you're interested, throw a PM my way and we can work it out.

Found a cool-looking source of flavoured Senseo pods in the UK (so no more ridiculous postage charges!)

I havent tried them yet, but am ordering some today... maple syrup flavour?!  :o

I did...
I was torn between that and the Amaretto.

After i'd already bought them, i saw a section where you can buy single pods as a sample... shouldve done that, but... too late now!  ;)

You really are so brave :P

Let us know how they are.  Maybe I'll get some too.  I'm getting ready to enjoy caffeine again more often.

Just a side note here as a trained Retail Barista...  you should never use water that has set in the reservoir for a day.  You should always use freshly drawn water.  Fresh water has a higher oxygen level and it is that which brings the flavour out. If you use tap water, make sure it is cold and let it run a moment before filling up. Warm tap water has a flat taste from lying in the hot water tank. This is also true of cold water when it sits overnight in your water pipes.

Thought this might be a bit helpful!

Thanks for that.  I also make sure it is Brita filtered. (Especially in my part of the UK, the water is so hard here)
