15.  My baby blanket, which my DD now uses.  Almost 37 years old and is still in great shape.

17. A little plaster circle that my vet put my cat's paw in the night I put him to sleep.  Before the plaster completely hardened, I put my thumb in next to his print and then I carved his name and "mom" into it.

She had such beautiful red hair that I couldn't resist.  Jenn, that's a good idea your mother had.  I think I might do the same with DD's hair clippings.
