I just looked into my flight for february, sfo to lhr.  I want to fly on BA because thats what my doggie will be on.  So, round trip fare was $560, one way was over $1000!!!!!  I dont want a round trip ticket because I dont know when Ill be coming home again.  What to do........??

can you get a round trip ticket with an adjustable return date? I know Sta travel offers them (www.statravel.com).

You buy the ticket and don't use the return portion. But never never buy a return ticket and not use the outbound portion..cause then they will cancel the return ticket as they think you haven't travelled out....
