Driving on USA licence in UK.

Sorry to say that I didn't see the point of that site???  It didn't say anything about people with foreign licenses?

From the page:

Key exemptions from this offence cover drivers who come from overseas with non-UK licences.......

It's a funny way of putting it though.  If you have a foreign license then you are not driving without a license.
