The weather?  Cold, overcast, and drizzly here.  I'm thinking about going back to bed.

Not really an IA, but I'm not sure where to put this: Our landlord picks up the rent from us every month, sometime around the 15th. He hasn't contacted us about when he's stopping by and it's already the 28th. I made DH text him on Sunday (he always texts DH with the time) to let him know we'll be away and would he be available to come by early this week. We haven't heard back from him, which is really unusual. I hope he's okay.  :-\\\\

Bleaah. Everything seems annoying today.

1. Probably will rain all week so roof will not get done until next week, when I'll have to take a day off.
2. Optometrist says my current prescrip. is fine but I have to go back in December for glaucoma testing and check on the retinas (have had 2 vitreous detachments)
3. I've put on about 4 lbs. in the last month so the new trousers I bought don't fit.
4. DS planning on going back to Brooklyn although he's still not 100%.
5. DH flies back to Heathrow tonight -- and may not get back here for awhile as he has to apply for a visa now at the embassy.

Left my umbrella somewhere today.  I really liked that one.  :-\\\\

I was looking forward to not commuting on Friday, but now that's no longer an option.

And, to top off my day, I left the keys to my flat at work. Which is over an hour away. :( No idea when my flatmate will be home, and my poor dog is stuck inside (not to mention me out).

It's pissing it down. Again.  And its dark!
Wish I could go home and crawl back to bed with a good book.

Boy, thinking S.A.D. may be in my future if this nasty weather keeps up.

We are waiting on phone calls today and afraid to leave the house. I'm waiting for a call about a temp job an agency may want me to start on Monday. DH is waiting on a call from his former boss as they are supposed to be making an announcement today about the factory. Fingers crossed on both counts. Plus the restaurant hasn't emailed me back about an official start date.  :-\\\\ I just want to start working again!

I can commiserate on this one!  I hope you hear something soon.  :)

My IA: No motivation to do anything today.  Must...change...sheets...must...wash...frying pans...just want to read!  :P

My IA for today (and yesterday, and Monday) is that my anxiety is up for some reason which is making me both mopey and sensitive.  DH helped yesterday by coming home early from work, so at least I'm not weepy today, but I am feeling the pressure at work.

Off to obsessively listen to cheerful music via Youtube.

Can you forward your house phone to your mobiles? I know some plans let you do that...

This-I have to walk into town to collect a few items and I would much rather stay here and surf the 'net!
