My Niece who is almost 20 is seriously ticking me off this past year she has something against my sister aka her mom. I know my sister can be a handful at times but she certainly doesn't deserve the hateful treatment my niece has been dishing out to her at all!! My sister works 2 jobs so she can make ends meet & have a very little smidge leftover for a few nice things or fun things to do. My sister pays for my nieces car insurance & her cell phone bill but my niece still does & says all this hateful stuff towards my sister. an she has even taken my sister off her facebook page as her parent an only lists her dad as her parent. why that really irritates me is because he didn't really have that much to do with her when she was little I helped my sister out more than her dad did. My niece has even been giving My mom some grief as well which is bang out of order. I couldn't tell you how many times I have said something my sister about cutting off my nieces car insurance off & her cell phone bill. whenever my sister wont provide something trivial that my niece asks for she runs to her dads mom an asks for it an she gets what she wants most of the time. so I told my sister to have her grandma on her dads side pay my niece's car insurance & cell phone bill. they have money & my sister doesn't get along with some the ex's family is why niece exploits the situation.

This jet lag is kicking my a*se.  I feel fluish and my sleep schedule is just rotten.  I have had to jump right back into the thick of school and it's just been awful.  D says he just feels terrible watching me, I'm either wide awake or painfully keeping my eyes open as long as I can.  He keeps telling me to just sleep when I feel tired, but I have too much to do!  :-\\\\  I felt awful the first couple of days in the states and I'm just dreading my Christmas trip, as I know I'm going to have to do this crappy back and forth feeling sh*te for several days in a month.   :(

Whinge over.

I have a friend, and I listen to her problems constantly, provide advice and support... She has a lot to worry about, so I understand why she whinges at me.

But for the past 2 weeks, I've had a few problems. And every time I try to talk to her about them and have my own whinge session, she basically ignores it and brings up her own problems. It is so irritating that I've started to just ignore her when she does this. But it is driving me crazy.

kids with colds that are just borderline enough you can't decide if they should go to school or not
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Been trying for 20 minutes or so now to change my address on my driver's license, but each time the DVLA website times out at a different stage of the process.  Luckily, there are a lot of stages, with really stupid questions like "Have you been banned from driving in the Isle of Man?"

What moron would click "Yes"?

It's very cold outside.

I understand people wanting to peddle their religious beliefs.  Fine.  Don't agree, but whatever.  Please don't bring your infant as a prop.  Not. Okay.

Still home sick. (An UP, or at least a non-IA, is that the roadwork right outside seems to not be happening today, so that's a huge relief.)

Yet another "no" for places to live. Please don't judge how much space my dog needs unless you know my dog.

(Still no word from the flat I saw/liked, though, so at least that's still a possibility? Kind of an IA that I still haven't heard, though.)

I spoke too soon. Jackhammers have started. :( At least they seem quieter than yesterday.
