is Sesame Street on TV here? It used to be on when I was a kid (ok ok I know that is going back quite a way...) but I can't seem to find it in the current TV listings.

Oh that would explain why I couldn't find it ... we don't get any of the Disney channels with our Sky package.

It's an off-shoot of Seasme Street, called Play With Me Seasme. It's cute.

Next question since we don't get that channel, are there Sesame Street DVDs available?

I would check ebay or amazon.  Jackson sings and dances to the show.  I remember I loved it when I was a child.

If you've got a multi-region player, there are TONS of them available in the US.  Granted there's the whole shipping issue.... :-\\\\

I think ours IS multi region. Maybe I can get my MIL to  send a couple over. Anyhow I found out this morning Elmo's World is on Channel 5 at 8.35am which is good because the reason I was asking is that MIL sent Ethan a musical Elmo book for Xmas and he loves it so I thought he would like to see all the same characters on TV.

I grew up on Sesame street and really wish they had it here! I think that stuff they show on Cbeebies is CRAPOLA! The Tweenies? BLAH! Although I must admit I enjoy Big Cook Little Cook   [smiley=chef.gif]  "The campest cooks in the WORLD!"

Don't get me started on ''Big Cook Little Cook''...We love that show at our house..The clean-up song is our fave.

                      ''All around, up and down
''We've got the cleanest cafe in town''

Fantastic! ;D

LOL!!!  ;D
When I am grown-up I will understand how BEAUTIFUL it feels to administrate my life effectively.

Until then I will continue to TORCH all correspondence that bores me and to dance NAKED over the remnants of its still glowing embers.

Which one is bob? I watch sesame street everyday (I work as a nanny), and for some reason I can't remember a character called bob.

There is Bob (red sweater). He's a music teacher.

Grover is my all-time fave! :)
