Hi, my name is Jessica and I am new here. I have always wondered if I had the option of dual citizenship (US/UK) and I *think* I found my answer last night. I was born in '76 in Bermuda to US military parents so I think I am eligible under the old rule that predated the change in '81. Anyone deal with this? Am I off? I just sent paperwork into an agency in the UK and got two certified copies of my birth certificate from the hospital in the mail on its way to me.
