Quick question...

In the office you can pay via cheque , card and cash . You can even pay for charges via phone so the delivery driver just drops the thing or if you need someone else to pick up the item for you at the depot. If you need to pay on delivery a charge it itemizes the charges on a sticker that they stick on the parcel..at least that's how it was before. I've given up on them. I booked a delivery online last week to pick up a parcel for friday ..so far they haven't done so..I paid for postage on Feb 1 ..it's now 11th and they haven't picked it up. I switched to UPS..I was laughing at the slap fine they received recently...GOOD!!

Yeah, I saw the itemized sticker after I picked it up from the office. I wouldn't have known about it or seen it if I had paid the driver though. He was holding the package off to the side of him asking me for the money so I wouldn't have seen it until after I paid him. I guess he figured if I was already forking out over £100 for VAT I wouldn't bat an eyelid at another £20...and he was right. I was going on and on to my husband about how ridiculous it was that I was going to have to pay a delivery charge to ParcelForce (before I found out I didn't) but I didn't doubt the charge was real, because honestly, it wouldn't surprise me at all. lol

Ridiculous that they never picked up your package! I am not impressed at all with their service.

Imagine how much that person could pick up in a day on one delivery run

Parcelfarce ! I'm so not impressed with their services. I telephone and it's an automated system and if whatever you need doesn't fit in the automated catergories they flub you off to their website to email your question.

I still think it's crap that you had to pay for a used laptop!!
