I miss Chipotle.  Their veggie/guac soft tacos were awesome.

Chipotle was the very first thing I ate when I returned to Chicago last winter.  Soooo good.  My mom kept saying, 'why is it so expensive?'   ::)

Expensive?  Ha.  ::)

All this talk has made me crave mexican food - not that it takes much...  So I'm making Mole Enchiladas tonight.  The chicken is in the slow cooker (my new friend!!!) and should ready in a few hours. :)

I went to the Sheen Mexifresh today and have to agree that it's pretty darn amazing. Just like home. I had the vegetarian taco combo and can recommend it highly. Thanks for posting the info!

How did they turn out and will you please post the recipe? I've been searching for a tested mole recipe!

Yep - best thing McDonald's ever done, is what I think! It's the only form of McDonald's food that DH will consume.

So does Taqueria actually say Taqueria on the outside? I was on a bus last week passing through that general area and saw a smallish restaurant that was quite clearly a Mexican place but it didn't say Taqueria anywhere on the building!

I went to Pacifico yesterday and had a burrito...  :-\\\\  not so good, something funky about the salsa... bland rice and beans... and tortilla.

MexiFresh burrito....yum-yum! And huge....well seasoned, too. Made my nose run!

I believe so, very nondescript otherwise.
