Exercise underwear
« on: January 23, 2006, 09:01:37 AM »
Well after a week back on the treadmill I am feeling a bit more alive. I am starting to add pilates three times a week which I know will be difficult to get back into.
I dont know about the rest of you but I have a real problem finding comfortable underwear to exercise in. I have good sports bras but never thought to ask anyone if they make specific undewear (knickers) for aerobic exercise. Anyone know what is best? What works for them?

I just googled and came up with this, not very sexy though.....but is comfy underwear supposed to be sexy? Comfy underwear, sexy, ......oxymoron!

p..s.  go to bottoms, and then pants.

Oh, I don't do spandex. Commando works OK with cotton/poly shorts or sweats.

But never fear, gentlemen; castration was really not the point of feminism, and we women are too busy eviscerating one another to take you on.

I use bikini brief cotton ones--cheapos from ASDA. I don't have much of a chest, so the built in bra plus the lycra/spandex of my exercise vests do for bras. Don't go commando! UGH!! :)

I would suggest buying new cotton undies - I get them from M&S...and get rid of them within a few months as the elastic stretches...but I figure £5/3 is not bad every few months!

Cotton thong/g-string.  If you are going to get a wedgie anyway....might as well use the least amonut of material possible.  :)
