I never wear underwear under my spandex. I would be too paranoid that everyone would be staring at the knicker line when I went out running  :-\\\\

can't go commando with spandex I don't feel it's trustworthy for me to bend and shift without fearing it's going to give up me :-[ at least with some underwear underneath there is an added barrier ..plus I'm looking like a muppet anyway panting and sweating trying NOT to trip up so showing a bit of a panty line is the least of my worries :-[

Thanks for everyone's replies. I have been wearing my old undies for exercise and every few seconds Im adjusting them as they are bagging, rolling and wedging everywhere!   :o ::) :o

That has put a mental image in my head Ricki that is going to haunt me.......the thought you on your treadmill pickin at you a** every half mile................ROFLMAO!!!!!

I bet the boys are dying........
