Just engaged!!!!!!!!

I am very happy and proud to announce that Steve (Jmaster911) and I are now engaged. He surprised me with a mysterious trip via numbered envelopes and clues I had to follow in order to meet him there. He then asked me at a very posh gorgeous restaurant in Edinburgh after a long day sightseeing.

It was a completely romantic weekend and I am so happy. ;D

Let the stress of planning a wedding that will take place in the US while I'm in the UK begin!

Any suggestions for planning would be greatly appreciated. My mom is helping, but already stressing way too much. We have a church and reception hall, but everything else must be sorted yet. I have a planner and am signed up on the Knot.com - I would really appreciate any and all advice.

Congratualtions! DH and I got married last April and I couldn't have done it without theknot.com. Those ladies are the best. Check out your local board for resources and the general boards for ideas.

Congrats guys!!  You must be so excited.   ;D

We also signed-up on The Knot.  We got all of our favours and attendant gifts from them.  They were great.  I know it's easier said than done, but relax.  Your family and friends will be more than willing to help whenever they can!
