I just wanted to weigh in with a couple of more thoughts on PETS. Thanks to all the help on this board and elsewhere online, along with a thorough read of the DEFRA site and a few Xanax, I have to say that our dogs went through just fine.
I did everything myself, and my brother flew them out of SEA via SFO on Virgin.
My understanding is that if you've met the requirements in principle than they're quite keen to get your pet cleared through the ARC at Heathrow.
