Hiya
« on: November 19, 2003, 08:48:01 PM »
Where to begin without writing a novel hehehe  ;D

Divorced, recovering from Graves Disease (yes it's treatable, only thing was mine DIDNt wanna go away....so...4 radiation treatments and five years later... [smiley=bootyshake.gif].bla bla bla lol)

My (now) husband and I met about 4 years ago, I was from No. California (originally from many parts of So. California). We've been commuting believe it or not back and forth (Won't go into how we met, very long) Bits here and there (California, also multiple visits to family on the East Coast/US) -- anyway we were able to spend about 4 months together last year (our first Xmas together!).

I returned to the states for a few months, when I Returned yet again in the spring we were married this past may  [smiley=love.gif] ;D I was able to stay on for another few months! But sadly had to leave to return to close things down in the states and have returned again to my hubby ;D ;). It's amazing that we're together, though we still have many visa issues to iron out -- I knew last year around this time, I'd 'come home.'

I *do* miss a great many things in the states (including family), but what I miss, I can find alternatives  ;D (And family seems to be really good about keeping in touch...some already are planning to visit!  [smiley=wacky.gif] [smiley=stunned.gif]

I see there's a *Great* deal to read here !! :o ;D
Glad this msg board is here! thanks  [smiley=balloon.gif] [smiley=balloon.gif] [smiley=balloon.gif]

Hi Sapphy! Where in No Cal are you from? I was in Elk Grove - 5 miles or so from Sacramento. Welcome - you will find a wealth of info here - and a bunch of nice folks too [smiley=thumbsup.gif] [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

Hi Sapphy!  Don't worry about writing novels..a lot of us do...on the forum anyway and some in real life! :)

Wow sounds like you have had quite an experience in the last years....

I am glad that you have found this site and I hope we can provide you with a bit of friendship in the future!

Hi Sapphy!  Sounds like we may have some things in common...divorced as well, haven't remarried yet though! Still waiting for him to pop the question (hopefully soon!).  I can relate to the travelling back and forth, I'm sure a lot of us can here on this forum!  Welcome!

Hi yourself Sapphy.  Good to meet you.  Glad you found us here.  We like long stories here, especially the romantic mushy ones.  You'll see when you look around the site.  Welcome.
