Questions re: length of time living together and income

Sorry I had did a double check to  see if the 2 questions I asked had been answered else where could not see anything.

Can you confirm that I can put Chris and I as living together because he has been here for 6 months and we have stayed together a total of 12 months  out of the 2 years we have been together with us travelling back and forth?.

Also can I or should I include maintenance in with earnings on the sponsorship form I have added tax credits onto it where they ask about earnings and I have got a letter stating I get maintenance and bank statements to show it going into my account.

I have done a break down of my incomings I have included everything I get coming in including leagal paper work where required as proof and highlighted the payments into my bank account and a break down of my out goings.
