My upcoming appointment
« on: February 15, 2006, 11:33:07 AM »
I just called this morning for my appointment for my ILR. It's going to be in Croydon at 2 pm Thursday (23/02/06). I didn't realize that it would/could be this soon. I was thinking that we would have another month - you know, you call 28 days before exparation, etc.

My question is: since it's in the afternoon and if all of our items are okay with them, should I be able to get my ILR the same afternoon? I mean pretty good odds don't you think? I didn't opt for a morning appointment because I was thinking of what the rush-hour morning traffic would be like and us driving there.

Anyway, on the one hand I'm feeling a bit apprehensive; and yet on the other, pretty excited and relieved to finally get it behind me. :)

If it's straight-forward, you'll be done and out in about 90 minutes.   Shiny new ILR included.

Well, Garry, luv, from your lips to God's ear. I'm thinking our items are definitely straight-forward. They want proof, Lordy! are they gonna get proof. ;)

p.s. Thanks. ;D
