Something odd about me....

I can't chew gum - if it's in my mouth, I swallow, can't help it!

Oh yeah I do this also. Im like a 3 year old!


Whats odd about me is if I didnt dye my hair I would be nearly 100% gray. I have been getting gray hair since I was 15 .

my left pupil is bigger than my right pupil.  Sometimes it looks really freaky!

Let's see... I have a ton of oddities. 

I can hear music playing in the background of restaurants even over people talking loudly.

I actually sleep with my hands folded like some kids do when they are pretending to sleep.

I can eat green bean casserole at any time, any day, multiple days in a row. 

I hate heights, and hyperventilate in tall buildings and when flying.

During finals time, if I could have an IV of Mountain Dew running directly into my arm to get caffeine, I would.  But I'm a soda junkie.

I hate dirty kitchens. I can't cook in one and I can't even stand being in one. I scrub my kitchen everyday.

Two more I thought of:

When I have a bad day, I like to drizzle hershey syrup directly in my mouth (I know it's so gross, but it makes me feel better). 

I can't actually watch someone open a present I buy them because it makes me so nervous, even if they have told me what gift they wanted.

I don't know if it's been mentioned yet or not, but I really like the smell of skunk.   

         

That's a smell i have not smelled in probably 25 years, but i hope i never smell it again!!

Then you'd love it where I live, it's almost a daily thing.  I used to like the smell, too, from a distance, but not since my dog got skunked.  It's been over a month and her head still smells of skunk.

Not sure if I ever smelled it. Not sure if I would like it though. But don't knock till you've tried it, right? 

One thing can make me gag just thinking about it and that is fish paste. Not the common run-of-the-mill kind that you get in the wee jars here but the real McCoy, uncooked and homemade. I once made the mistake of sticking my nose in the jar to have a smell and let me tell you, you will only ever do that once!

Now homemade fish paste (similiar to Thai fish paste but much stronger). Made in jars, with every piece of fish scraps, garlic, chilis, onions etc and then just sits and festers ferments. Constantly added to. Take out small amounts to cook with. I knew some people that had jars on the go for years. It is RIPE. I mean real RIPE! So ripe in fact that it would knock a buzzard off a sh*t wagon!

Me too! I think it is a Southern California thing. It smells like home. 

I discover odd things about myself every day.  I don't like when toilet paper is unevenly torn.  It should be ripped along the perforations.  When it's hanging there all crooked, one ply longer than the other, it makes me feel like a gross person used the toilet.

Hey! That's not weird at all- condensed milk sandwiches were a normal snack in my house when I was growing up.  I always thought it was a Caribbean thing

I discover odd things about myself every day.  I don't like when toilet paper is unevenly torn.  It should be ripped along the perforations.  When it's hanging there all crooked, one ply longer than the other, it makes me feel like a gross person used the toilet.

I'm like that too.  My brother sometimes scrunches the ends and it looks nasty so I have to tear off above that part evenly and NOT touch the scrunched part. 

Is scrunched even a word?? LOL
