Lazy and ILR, FLR, spousal visa question
« on: February 21, 2006, 03:51:53 PM »
I know the answer is in one of the many many subjects in here somewhere, but since the first few did not bring it up...

I entered into the UK after three years of marriage to my English DH. (We lived in the USA)...

I got my multiple entry spousal visa and entered the UK on 29 June 2004.  So when do  I apply for what I think is the ILR?

Thanks!

Two years after you entered the country on your spousal visa - you can actually apply 4 weeks in advance of that date.
