British Husband visiting USA
« on: February 24, 2006, 06:53:03 PM »
This August we will be making our first trip back to the states for a visit. It has been a few years since my british husband has travelled to the USA. I remember reading about fingerprinting now being required. Will be fingerprinted upon arrival? Is there anything he needs to do to prepare for the trip other than obviously having a valid passport?
Thanks for your help!
Helena

He will be fingerprinted, they don't use ink it's a red light thingy and he had his picture made as well with a webcam setup. He can go through the US citizen's line with you.

Yep... just amke sure he has a machine readable passport and you will be fine. :-)
