What´s the Best Landphone/DSL/cable Channels outhere?

I am thinking to get one of those packages of plan that includes lanpdphone, internet, and cable channels..does anyone got one? whats the cheapest plan you can get to make international calls? someone was telling me about NTL, but I heard there were some other good companies outhere..need your help folks--

You wont have a lot of choice.  It will depend on what service is available where you live.

When i lived in East London, NTL was the cable company.   Now, in the East of Scotland, we have Telewest.
