*bleep*-a-leekie soup and a hot cross bun, both things I could eat loads and loads of!

Oooo I haven't had *bleep*-a-leekie in ages! Yummm

I'm having a wrap with honey mustard, cheddar, hard boiled egg, carrot, and lettuce.

A chicken curry hot pot from Cully and Sully and some spicy pappadums. I'm all about the pappadums these days!

Super spicy black beans and brown rice with a bit of low fat yoghurt stirred through. It was megahot, but delicious... I'm looking forward to lunch tomorrow, though my esophagus might not be.  :P

Today's a quiasi-leftover lunch - a salad of shredded carrots, red cabbage, and watercress with sultanas and walnuts and the super tasty tahini/garlic/lemon dressing from our wraps last night. :)

Oh and a wrap on the side, too (one of the big, fluffy middle eastern ones, not the thing, tortilla-like supermarket varieties).

Marinated a chicken breast in coriander, chipotle and lime then grilled it. Had a big baby leaf salad on the side and a stuffed pepper filled with veggies and a little mozzarella on the top. Yum!

I had such a good lunch! I made a quick stock from a frozen chicken stock cube (ice cube tray), hot water, half a lemon, some finely chopped coriander and some Belazu Rose Harissa (the best!) and made cous cous with it (absorption), then grilled some haloumi slices until they were crispy on the outside.

Had the cheese and cous cous with a pile of baby leaf salad and some quick salsa from chick peas, cherry tomatoes and fresh coriander. Was delicious! :)
