I made tom kha ghai (chicken) then added some homemade gyoza that had been in the freezer waiting for such an occasion. Nom. Why is it though whenever I make soup, I make enough to feed an army? Anyone in London fancy some lunch  ;D

I do that too. I somehow manage to forget there are only two of us. Even with intentions of making 'enough for lunch tomorrow' on top of what I plan for that day, there is still enough for 4 or 5 meals out of it.

Celebration lunch today at work in the canteen for a successful new product launch!

3 courses
Pea and ham soup
Vegetable tartlet, new potatoes, peas and carrots
Jelly and Ice Cream (mmm)

The other choices were leek and potato soup, roast beef with yorkshire puddings or fish and chips, apple pie/custard or cake
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

I had some of my green "Go-Go" juice, which I make out of:
kale
watercress
celery
apples
and lemon

I bet if I was back in kindergarten.... none of the other kids would want to switch lunches with me.... hehehe, but I did feel great after I drank it!

Two different bog standard Tesco sushi packs + a tub of Edamame. A bit more mayo than I like (ugh), and no ginger in the boxes, but still not too bad for £3.60.
