Yesterday I had a bean & cheese burrito with salsa, some mixed veg, and apple & sparkling water.  Yum!

I drink my water throughout the day - at least two liters a day - usually three.  But, I find my food digests better if I don't drink with a meal because it dilutes the natural digestive juices.  Anywho...

Second verse, same as the first; today is ham and cheese toased, again.

BLT and crisps. Yesterday was healthy, I get to indulge today.

Another burrito for me today.  I get hooked on one thing and go with it for awhile.

I drink about 4 liters of water min. a day.  Usually more though.

Today I had tuna (no mayo) with cheese on toast, vanilla yogurt & an orange.  (definitely have healthier lunches...I think it's all the boy's fault that I eat so horridly for dinner!!)  ;)

Frozen mini-pizza.  Had a really bad morning and needed some junk food. :(

Well, I was going to get the very rare experience of getting to get out of the office for lunch and go out...but, alas, Jamie has to take the car in to have the brakes looked at.  So, it looks like nothing but yoghurt for me and maybe a bag of mixed fruit and nuts. ::)

mmm...chicken pot roast sounds good!

Today I had a hummus & roasted veggie sarnie on tomato pesto bread as well as peas and baked beans.  I 'splurged' by having a Dr. Pepper Z...
