Today's is the last of the tomato & basil soup (we bought like this 2kg catering size of Lloyd Grossman soup & have been eating it for ages); 2 mini puff pastries with spinach & mushroom; dried fruit.

Quorn chicken deli slices and spinach on toasted brown bread and a banana.  Pretty standard for me lately.
