We had North Staffordshire Oatcakes (with sausage and cheese) and HP sauce, because we had a Stoke-on-Trent diversity lunch today.

So far we've had Indian, American, Stoke-on-Trent, next up Aberdeen, then Weegie...

Also, some chocolate cake, for one of our team member's birthdays is today

I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.

I had tofu and broccoli from our Thai place.  It hasn't set well with me. I think I'm off Thai for a while.

I'm jealous of all you people who have some sort of cheese for your lunch. my Dietitian told me I had to cut way down on my cheese consumption if I wanted to lose weight. the amount of cheese I'm allowed to have is the size of a small matchbox an not to have it everyday.   >:(  ::)

A ham sandwich on Burgen bread & a some Walkers plain chips exciting I know lol.  ;)  :D

Oh I know the feeling. I'm indulging now because I keep telling myself that since I quit smoking I should go for it.  :P I cut the cheese way down while on my diet and only had it a few times per week. There is a lot of fat and calories in there! But sometimes I sprinkle on some part-skim mozzarella or parmesan on top of pastas and salads, which isn't too bad. A tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese has a lot of flavour, and not as many calories as a chunk of cheddar. And the reduced fat cheddar is never very tasty. But yeah, sometimes you gotta go all the way!!!  ;D

I envy your discipline, shugga.  I tend to avoid dieting because I know I'll have to give up cheese, and I can't face it!
