It made me late for work, but I made proper lunch to bring to the office today. I've got a sandwich with soy turkey slices and lettuce, some strawberries and grapes.

I'm jealous of all you people who have some sort of cheese for your lunch. my Dietitian told me I had to cut way down on my cheese consumption if I wanted to lose weight. the amount of cheese I'm allowed to have is the size of a small matchbox an not to have it everyday.   >:(  ::)

A ham sandwich on Burgen bread & a some Walkers plain chips exciting I know lol.  ;)  :D

I envy your discipline, shugga.  I tend to avoid dieting because I know I'll have to give up cheese, and I can't face it!

The way I see it it would be pointless of me to keep going to the gym an working as hard as I do to then come home an eat what I want to me thats counterproductive. also not to mention the look I will get from my Dietitian if I dont lose the amount of weight we set my goal for its not a pretty look.

I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.

Oh, and I've also got a hardboiled egg (last one from Easter, hope it's still good?) and sweet gherkins!  Yum.

Potato and cabbage soup (leftover from dinner) and crackers.  Plus some carrots and there's always fruit and almonds.

Sushi  ;D

YUM! It's been so long since I've had sushi! I've seen a few rolls at the supermarkets, but they don't look very fresh, so I've been afraid to try them.  :-\\\\ :-X You'll have to let me know if you find some good sushi in "toon" so we can meet up for some.  :)

Ooo! A mission! I think I'm up for it! (DBF: "Honey, did you really spend £300 on sushi this month?" Me: "I'm on a mission!")

I had leftovers from last night's dinner (cabbage and black eyed peas, kidney bean curry, and rice).
