The boss is taking us to a nice restaurant for lunch. What should I get?

A lovely salad of spinach, tomatoes, feta and tuna.

Major thanks to those who pointed out that you can buy albacore tuna at Sainsbury's! I bought 12 tins last week.

DH is making some kind of nettle soup for lunch (with nettles he picked out along a lane somewhere nearby), and TBH, I'm a little bit afraid.  [smiley=anxious.gif]

How was it? I love soup, but this one doesn't appeal to me!

I had a chicken ceasar bagel

It was good!  (Caveat - I'm all stopped up with cold, and don't have many taste buds at the moment, however.  But DH isn't & he was lapping it up.  I thought it tasted nice.)

We had beans on toast today.

Probably a pbj.
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

The best sandwich I've had in years:

Red roasted red pepper hummus and avocado on toasted granary bread.
