It was going to be a cold meatloaf sandwich, but that's too many WW points for lunch.  :-\\\\  So now I have no idea what to have.

Have you looked into Spark People? I like it better than WW, as you can track your calorie range, use the recipe creator to find out how many calories are in your recipes, etc. I think it has a bit more flexibility. Also, lots of healthy recipes on there. Only drawback is that you have to manually enter quite a few things from the UK since it's a US site. But I think it's great if you cook at home a lot (which I've noticed you do). I've lost 15 pounds with them so far this year. Just throwin' that out there... sorry if I sound like an advertisement.  ;D

Thanks! I've already purchased the WW stuff and DH would kill me if I told him I was going to do something else (he paid for it  ;) ). I did WW 9 years ago and lost 45 lbs, so it works okay for me. Fortunately, I don't have as much to lose on this go around. I could probably have the meatloaf, but I like to save up my points and use most of them for dinner since that's the meal we eat together.

Well, Spark People is free, so maybe you could combine it with what you're doing? Or just try it if WW doesn't do it for you this time. Good luck with your diet - it's so easy to gain weight, and so hard to lose it. It's just unfair!!!
