That reminds me I have a ripe avocado at home...better use it.

I have the same today...Tofurkey sandwich with mayo, lettuce, and cheese, and a yogurt.  And I brought it a jar of sweet gherkins so I will probably have a couple of those.  And hopefully some fruit.

Just finished a Tofurkey sandwich with provolone, lettuce, and mayo, a hard boiled egg, and some celery with peanut butter.

I had a slice of toast with peanut butter and a light yogurt, then ate half a grapefruit in the afternoon. Trying to cut back on the calories a bit.  ;)
